ZipX is the trading brand for the online shopping shipping service of IBC Limited branch in Trinidad and Tobago.
ZipX’s social reach was low. The brand was cold, corporate and lacked the lustre needed to shine through the noisy world of social media.
Trinidad’s online shopping market was mainly millennials who are blind to advertising and consumed memes, so we created four characters to build a bridge between the brand and the island’s online shoppers and created a consumer engaging narrative in which both the brand and the consumers grew. Each character was developed to connect with each of the four main types of shoppers.
